(Perfect) Imperfections

Give me your arms,
Your breath,
Your warmth.

Share with me your busted
capillaries,
The broken bones,
Your scars like white halos,
All the imperfect marks on
your perfect body.

Show me your fears,
Your innermost desires,
The thoughts trapped inside grey
matter.

I am not afraid of your hidden
truths,
or what lies behind
unbroken barriers, locked tight
with chain and key.

I want all of you, unequivocally.
